Acquisitions - New acquisition requirement is as follows: We are reviewing commercial properties $1,500,000 to $10,000,000 in So. CA. We will purchase investment properties either with tenants, vacant or properties that have construction related needs, no grey properties. Currrent Construction- Construction administration services are being provided by Dave Torres to UCLA for a new medical clinic that is being developed at 12th and Wilshire in Santa Monica. John Heidt is providing constrution administration services to both Landlord and Tenant for a major studio in Culver City that needs to properly address ADA access issues.

Heidt Torres Co. was the construction administrator of the first ever legal short term residential rental in the City of Santa Monica located at 2219 Ocean Ave. This is Historic Landmark #74 in the City of Santa Monica and is the last remaining vernacular cottage facing the ocean on Ocean Avenue. June to August 2016 John Heidt re-developed Chalet 9 an A-Frame origianally built my Mammoth Mountain above their Main Lodge. It is one of 20 A-Frames commondly known as The Chalets. http://rentals.mmchalets.com/rns/vacation-rental/mammoth-lakes/ca/chalet_09

August 2017 John Heidt was elected to serve on the Board of the Westwood Village Improvement Association aka: The Westwood Village Business Improvement District.

John Heidt currently serves as Vice-Chairman of the Westwood Community Council, is Chairman Emeritus of the Board of Trustees of the Westwood United Methodist Church, is on the Permanent Housing Committee of OPCC which serves the homeless in our community.
