HT will coordinate the marketing of your property while simultaneously seeking/identifying a suitable replacement. From investigative due diligence, coordination of financing to the closing phases of your exchange, HT will help direct each stage with acute attention to detail.

ACQUISITIONS
HT keeps abreast of the investment property market on a daily basis. We enjoy close relationships with area brokers in the commercial real estate markets.

LEASING
Our leasing team's goal is to put good people in good spaces.  To that end, we have the knowldege and the relationships to assist Ownership with brokers and Tenants. We are very sensitive to tenant mix and seek to fill commercial space with complementary tenants particularly for retail/shopping center properties.  We tailor our marketing approach to accomplish the best result.
