In the early '90s property management and receivership work dominated day to day activities. Today the company is focused on managing commercial real estate, exchanging (1031 IRS code), using John’s extensive entitlement and development expertise including acquiring commercial real estate. Institutional clients include UCLA and during the 90’s we managed the Westside, Hollywood and San Fernando Valley REO for: Sears Savings Bank, Union Bank and Weyerhaeuser Financial Corporation including several 100,000+sf projects simultaneously.
