Heidt Torres Co. was founded in 1988 as a property development/management company with a portfolio of office, retail and industrial properties. HT specializes in Property Management, Asset Management and IRS Code 1031 Exchanges.
As Realtors© with a mastery of management, brokerage and construction, HT is positioned to respond to the needs and concerns of our clients. Our areas of expertise are properties in Beverly Hills, Westwood Village, Santa Monica, West Hollywood, Rancho Park, Malibu, Marina Del Rey, Los Angeles, Studio City, Burbank and Westlake Village. About John
John Heidt has been a professional in the real estate field for the last forty years. After graduating from the School of Economics at UCLA with a BA in 1978, John began his career with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services in Beverly Hills, California. This company is now known as CB Richard Ellis.
In 1988, John acquired Chapman Evans Co., a property development/management company with a portfolio of office, retail, and industrial properties. Since then, HT is predicated on creating value in real estate by identifying properties where financial goals can be achieved through management, development and investment
John served on the Board of Directors for the American Youth Soccer Organization in Beverly Hills from 1996 through 2003, was Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Westwood United Methodist Church from 2002 until 2008 (where he conceived and contracted with Belmont Village on behalf of the Westwood United Methodist Church a $90 million dollar development for UCLA Professors, staff retired and emeritus and the general community of Westwood) and is currently the Vice-Chairman of the Westwood Community Council from its inception in 2011 and serves on their land use committee. John serves on the permanent supportive housing committee of OPCC for the benefit of the homeless in our community. John Heidt was born in Oceanside, California on September 24, 1955, he was married on December 18, 1982 to Donna W. Heidt and has three children, Gregory Kerans Heidt, Rachel Ellen Heidt and Julie Ann Heidt and three Grandchilden, Isabel Heidt, George Heidt and Lauren Crowley.

With over 30 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Dave Torres has developed an exceptional talent for managing, purchasing, developing and leasing commercial properties with tremendous success.
As a Principal and Chief Financial Officer of Heidt Torres Co., Dave has negotiated on behalf of landlords and tenants alike in all categories of commercial real estate. Whether coordinating the rehabilitation of a shopping center or guiding a client through the laborious due diligence process of a purchase, Dave's exceptional people skills, savvy number crunching abilities and intimate understanding of the obstacles and challenges associated with these tasks allow him to perform with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
Dave is a licensed CA Broker and received a Finance Degree from California State University, Los Angeles in 1988.

Claudia Guinea

About Claudia
Claudia has worked for the firm since 2014. As an accountant and bookkeeper Claudia assists in maintaining the financial stability in the Heidt Torres Portfolios. Her tasks involve properly billing tenants, processing payments to vendors on a timely matter and internal team tasks. Claudia has a strong background in residential Real Estate and has worked for financial institutions such as Freddy Mac and Fanny Mae as an assistant REO Real Estate agent.
Claudia received a BS of Psychology from the University of La Verne. She's passionate about working in the community - working with youth ministries in the Los Angeles and San Pedro areas of LA county.

About Arnaldo
Arnaldo handles day-to-day functions in managing commercial real estate. He takes great pride in ensuring the portfolio is properly maintained and scheduled operations are timely and efficiently completed. He see to it that vendor’s work is done properly, and any unforeseen conditions arising at a property are addressed and completed expeditiously. HT Co. prides itself with high tenant retention maintained throughout our portfolio, which can be credited to good communications we maintain with our tenants throughout their tenancy. Arnaldo enjoys working amongst the leadership of John Heidt and Dave Torres.
